A free helpline to help residents access grants and funding, offer energy switching advice, sign up those most vulnerable to the Priority Services Register, and give tips on how to stay warm at home.

Available to any individual experiencing issues with home energy/keeping warm. The helpline is available 9am – 5pm, Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays).
