Freedom Programme Central Bedfordshire

The Freedom Programme is for women. It examines the roles played by attitudes and beliefs on the actions of abusive men and the responses of victims and survivors.

It aims to help women who have experienced domestic abuse to make sense of and understand what has happened or is happening to them over a period of 12 weeks in a group setting (rolling 12 week programme which can be joined at any time). It is a nurturing environment, where help and support can be found and friendship and confidence is built.
