Freedom Programmes Luton
Luton All Women’s Centre delivers 3 different domestic abuse programmes – Freedom, Freedom Forever and Our Lives. These support groups are for women who are experiencing or who have experienced historic Domestic Abuse. They help women to better understand the nature of abusive relationships and the different forms that abuse can take.

Luton All Women’s Centre offers the Freedom Programme which is a 12-week support group for women who are experiencing or who have experienced historic Domestic Abuse. It is a rolling programme, meaning that sessions can be joined at any point. The programme is led by facilitators and aims to help women understand their experiences in a safe and confidential environment.
Freedom Forever Programme.
Luton All Women’s Centre also offers the Freedom Forever Programme which is a follow on to the original Freedom Programme. The programme is 6 weeks and reinforces learning from the original programme and focuses on coping with the after effects of an abusive relationship. Topics covered in sessions include: identity, self-care, assertiveness, empowerment, and more.
Luton All Women’s Centre offers the Our Lives Programme which is a 6-week programme delivered in the main South Asian languages, Urdu and Bengali. The group discusses Domestic Abuse and every day challenges South Asian women face in a safe and confidential environment.
