Mind BLMK are collaborating with East London Foundation Trust (ELFT) in Central Bedfordshire, Luton and Bedford to provide crisis services for people in need of mental health support. The Crisis Cafe’s are safe, non-judgemental spaces that people can access if they are in crisis or mental distress in the evenings, and are staffed by trained mental health workers who will listen and help identify ways to address the problems being faced.

The Crisis Cafe’s are for anyone aged 18+ who is experiencing mental distress or crisis. Each Crisis Cafe operates a drop in service and no appointments is required.
