Relate

Relate are a UK charity who offer relationship support for adults of all ages, backgrounds, gender identities and sexual orientations to strengthen their relationships.

Their services include relationship counselling (for individuals and couples), family counselling, mediation, children and young people’s counselling and sex therapy. They also provide informal workshops for people at important stages in their relationships.

There is a network of Relate Centres across the UK (including in Bedford, Luton and Central Bedfordshire) and a group of licensed local counsellors who provide face to face counselling and support.
