Stepping Stones

Stepping Stones is a Luton based charity which supports women who are victims of domestic abuse and/or substance misuse.

They can offer one to one and group support covering various areas including parenting, trauma, domestic abuse, anger and mental wellness. They also offer counselling and legal advice through qualified volunteers. They provide a safe, welcoming, non-judgemental environment for women living in Luton and Central Bedfordshire, who have suffered abuse, who are vulnerable due to substance misuse, offending, mental health conditions and/or are involved with Local Authority Children’s Social Care.
