Victims’ Information Service

Launched in August 2015 as part of the Government’ commitment to victims of abuse this freephone telephone number is operated from Monday to Friday 8am to 8pm and weekends from Saturday 5pm to Monday 8am. Calls from a landline are free. The phone line is supported by Victim Information Service website which signposts all help within your local area. It also provides support and guidance for friends and family who may be worried about loved ones.
