Bedfordshire Wellbeing Service aims to make a positive difference to people’s lives through talking therapies.

We are here to help, whatever the cause of your anxiety or depression, sharing your problems could be the first step to recovery.

The Bedfordshire Wellbeing Service offers evidence-based psychological therapy to help support and treat common mental health problems such as depression and anxiety. We offer a number of different approaches and formats all delivered by trained staff. We can help support people with a number of conditions, including the ones listed below:

  • Depression and low self esteem

  • Generalised anxiety disorder

  • Post Traumatic Stress Disorder

  • Obsessive Compulsive Disorder

  • Health Anxiety

  • Social Phobia

  • Panic

  • Agoraphobia

  • Phobia

  • Living with long term health conditions
