Cats Protection Lifeline

Cats Protection Lifeline is a service provided by Cat’s Protection, it was previously called Paws Protect. It is for people who are fleeing domestic abuse and need to find a temporary home for their pet cat.

Lifeline provides a free fostering service, taking care of cats until their owners are in a position to reclaim them. The cats referred will be health checked before going to the home of one of our foster carers, where they will be treated as a family pet.

The service is open to anyone fleeing DA regardless of their gender identity.

Referrals are handled by our staffed Lifeline Coordinator and Lifeline Assistant through our referral line or via email.

The whole is service is free and confidential, and we are staffed by an experienced female only team, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.
