Amplius own and manage over 40,000 homes and delivers a wide range of quality services, including care and support, specialist housing, and home ownership options. They are committed to going further for their customers and making a positive impact in their communities.
Amplius offers support to victims and survivors of domestic abuse to anyone living in an Amplius home, helping them understand their options and providing clear, practical guidance. They can support customers to take action against an abuser and work with them to improve the security of their home where needed.
Where additional or specialist support is required, Amplius will make referrals to other appropriate organisations. If a customer wishes to leave their home, Amplius can refer them to the local council for temporary accommodation or explore an internal transfer to another Amplius property, including in a different borough.
Support is available via self-referral or professional referral by phone or through the Amplius website.
